Workflow

Loading and Conveying: Materials are fed into the crushing system via a conveyor, which can be equipped with a grab bucket or hydraulic loader for automatic loading.

Crushing and Screening: Wood is crushed using a shredder, and then screened to separate wood chips that meet the particle size requirements. Unqualified wood chips are automatically returned to the crushing system for further processing.

Metal Separation: Metals are separated from wood chip particles using a magnetic separator and eddy current separator, preventing equipment wear and improving wood chip purity.

Dust Removal: Dust removal equipment is equipped to collect wood dust and ensure a clean operating environment.

Balding: An optional baler can be added to compress the wood chips for storage, transportation, or combustion.
