What is bulky garbage?
Large garbage refers to old furniture and other non-electronic products. The reason why large garbage needs to be collected separately is that in addition to their large size and inability to be directly thrown into the trash can, there is another reason that many large garbage still has value.
Large garbage items include discarded furniture (sofas, recliners, tables, mattresses), large household appliances (refrigerators, microwave ovens, televisions) and sanitary equipment (bathtubs, toilets, and washing basins). A lot of large garbage (depending on the region, about 30-60%) has been picked up by scavengers for recycling and selling as waste before being collected by the sanitation department. The above three types of large garbage need to be sent to different processing and recycling plants. For example, furniture can be crushed and sent to incineration as high calorific value materials, large household appliances can be sent to dismantling plants to recycle metals and plastics, and sanitary equipment can be crushed and used as building materials. Branches, trunks, tree heads and other green garbage are sometimes also classified as large garbage, although they can be collected separately, shredded and sent to incineration or composting. Difficulties in handling large garbage: Randomly discarded, inconvenient to collect and transport, landfill takes up space, and difficult to recycle. Recommended solution:
One-stop conveyor + crusher + sorting machine + dust removal equipment. Solve the transportation problem, and the crushed materials can be recycled to achieve resource utilization.
Resource utilization:
① Fabric, leather and other materials can be converted into fuel
② Waste iron wire can be remelted
Reduction:
① Increase the utilization rate of landfills
② Reduce the load of compacting vehicles
③ Improve the appearance of the city
Economic efficiency:
① Fuel sales income
② Save transportation costs
